IF your HSMP was approved before 3 April 2006 and if you have completed 4 years stay in the UK, you may be able to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain - ILR

Was your HSMP Approved before 6 November 2006?
If your HSMP application was made under OLD HSMP scheme prevailing before 6 November 2006, you may be able to extend HSMP under Old Rules and Scheme.
Was your HSMP Approved before 6 November 2006 and are you due for extension?
IF your HSMP was approved before 06 November 2006 and if you have to apply for HSMP Extension now, you can apply under old HSMP Scheme and Rules from 17 July 2008. Please note this scheme will end in July 2009.
