get your Original Documents back from HSMP Team through Courier service.
And, now our members will save £10
for this courier facility. Non members will save
£5.
We understand the value of your original documents and certificates
since they are as good as your life long investments and achievements.
We also understand the time that you will waste to get the duplicate
certificates if for some reason your original documents are lost in
transit. And, more important, the HSMP response to your application
would also be with these documents and if you do not receive it, it
will be difficult to get the Entry Clearance from the UK Embassy or
Mission in your country. It is also important to note that Postal
Services will usually take longer time to deliver and if Postal Services
are not as reliable in your country as in the UK or USA, we are sure
you would prefer to get the documents back through the courier.
We know that many applicants have faced the problems in arranging
the couriers to pick up the documents for getting delivery by the
courier and therefore we have made the arrangements with one of the
leading International Courier companies to send your documents by
courier to you at the address you provide. Not only that we have been
able to get good rates for the services and our members will be able
to save £10 as compared to the
usual courier charges to your country.
If you are interested to take the benefit of this arrangement, please
go through the procedure that you will have to follow.
- You will need to make payment of Courier Charges to us before
you send your application to the HSMP Team.
- Once you make the payment and provide complete address where
delivery is required, we will generate a Reference Number and
send this number to you in email for future use.
- We will also generate the Mailing Label which you will be able
to print immediately after you make the payment or later on from
the member area.
- This mailing label will have our address on it along with your
name and reference number and you MUST affix the same on the envelope
which will be used by the HSMP Team to send us the documents.
- You MUST also add a small paragraph in your covering letter
for the application stating something as follows:
"Please return my original documents
and your letter, informing me your decision on my HSMP application,
to the following address as I have made the arrangements with
them to receive my documents through Courier Services.
I am also sending an addressed envelope, which you may please
use for the purpose of returning my original documents. The Address
is as follows:

London SE18 6SW"
- When we receive your original documents envelope from the HSMP
Team, we will arrange to forward the same to your address on the
same day or on next working day depending upon when we receive
your documents.
- Please make sure that your you use the label generated by us
and that it has your Name and Reference number on it as we will
not be opening your envelope. So, if this essential information
is missing we will not be able to forward your documents to you.

How I wish such a site was available when I applied for HSMP and came to UK under HSMP! Till before two days of our departure for the UK, we were not sure about where we will go when we land and if there would be any one to receive us at the airport. It was really a time of a lot of stress for us. Fortunately for us some friends of friends helped us, but I am sure not all of us are so lucky and HSMP Services will be able to help those who need such support.
