The Application Forms provided on the Official HSMP Website are in PDF format and you can not enter the text into the same but you are expected to take the printout first and then add the details to the same.

We, however, feel that if the forms are available in MS-Word format you can easily download the form, complete the details and take the printouts when you are finally ready with your final documents and contents.
