| Updated versions of the HSMP application forms HSMP 1 and HSMP 1 (28) are available from 12 April 2005, to include information on the new MBA Provision within HSMP.
Anyone completing an HSMP application from 12 April 2005 should be advised to use this latest version.
Work Permits (UK) will however continue to accept the previous version of these forms until 31 May 2005, provided the application is not being submitted for consideration under the new MBA Provision within HSMP.
Any applications received by Work Permits (UK) on or after 1 June 2005 will only be accepted if they have been submitted on the most up to date version of the application forms. These will be dated April 2005.
Any previous versions of the application form, obtained prior to 1 April 2005, should be destroyed immediately as these do not include up to date charging information and are therefore no longer valid.
