- I am in the UK under Work Permit? Can I switch to HSMP within the UK?
If you are in the UK under Work Permit and score required Points under Highly Skilled Migrant Programme, you can apply for Leave To Remain in the UK as Highly Skilled Migrant within the UK. HSMP Services Limited can help you in submitting your HSMP Application as your legal representative.
- I am a full-time student in the UK. Can I apply under HSMP within the UK?
You may be able to apply under HSMP while you are within the UK, but if you have not completed studies for UK degree or post-graduate level, you may not be able to switch in the UK and will need to go back to your home country to apply under HSMP.
- I am on a dependant visa in the UK. Can I apply under HSMP within the UK?
You may not be able to apply under HSMP but you may not be able to switch within the UK. You will need to go back to your home country to apply for entry clearance once your HSMP is approved.
- I am outside the UK. Can I apply under Highly Skilled Migrant Programme for UK?
Yes, you can apply under HSMP if you are outside the UK. All HSMP applications need to be submitted to the Home Office in the UK and once HSMP is approved you will need to apply for Entry Clearance within 6 months of HSMP approval at British High Commission or British Embassy in the country where you are living.
- Can you help me in filing HSMP Application if I am applying from outside the UK?
We can help you in filling the HSMP application and act as your legal representative to liaise on your behalf with the Home Office. You will need to send us the original documents, our fees and home office fees so that we can submit your HSMP application to the Home Office.
- What is the major difference between HSMP scheme and Tier 1 General for Highly Skilled?
HSMP was a two stage process and Tier 1 General is a single stage process.

How I wish such a site was available when I applied for HSMP and came to UK under HSMP!
