Was your HSMP Approved before 6 November 2006?
If your HSMP application was made under OLD HSMP scheme prevailing before 6 November 2006, you may be able to extend HSMP under Old Rules and Scheme.
Was your HSMP Approved before 6 November 2006 and are you due for extension?
IF your HSMP was approved before 06 November 2006 and if you have to apply for HSMP Extension now, you can apply under old HSMP Scheme and Rules from 17 July 2008.
Was your HSMP Approved before 6 November 2006 and was your HSMP Extension Refused?
IF your HSMP Extension Application was refused and you have gone into Appeal or have changed to other status, you may be able to get HSMP Extension under Tier 1 – HSMP.
Was your HSMP Approved before 6 November 2006 and did you Leave the UK because you did not qualify under new HSMP Scheme?
If your HSMP was approved before 6 November 2006 and if you left the UK after refusal of HSMP Extension or did not apply for HSMP Extension as you thought that you were not qualifying for extension, you may be able to return to the UK under Tier 1 - HSMP
