HSMP Services Limited will be involved in Professional Services
and Consultancy Services to individuals and Corporate Clients in
the matters of Highly Skilled Migrant Programme and Work Permits
as per the Immigration Rules and Laws of the UK and as per the Code
of Standards as framed by the Office of the Immigration Services
Commissioner (OISC) from time to time.
For the purpose of providing the services, HSMP Services Limited
will treat each client at par and equal irrespective of the status
of the client i.e. HSMP Services Limited will not differentiate
between an individual or corporate client.
HSMP Services Limited will treat all its clients as equal irrespective
of their national origin, religion, gender, language or belief.
HSMP Services Limited will do its best to provide the same level
of professional services to all its clients and will not have any
bias against any person belonging to any Country, Religion, Gender
or Group while dealing with their case / application.
If any client feels that any Advisor of HSMP Services Limited is
not treating him / her at par with other clients, he / she may submit
the complaint against the Advisor to HSMP Services Limited as per
the Complaints Policies outlined in other document related to Complaints.
The client may submit the complaint to OISC, at any time, as per
