HSMP Services is pleased to announce that we are now registered with Home Office under Same Day Fast Track Services and we can submit your Tier 1 General, Tier 1 General Extension, Tier 1 Post Study Work, Tier 2 and Indefinite Leave To Remain (ILR) applications on your behalf at Public Enquiry Office, Home Office.
What is Same Day Fast Track Service?
Same Day Fast Track Service is a Premium service offered by Home Office for certain eligible categories of Leave To Remain (LTR) or Further Leave To Remain (FLR) applications. Home Office considers Tier 1 General, Indefinite Leave To Remain (certain categories), Tier 1 Post Study Work applications under Premium Services and you may contact us to find if your application can be submitted under same day premium services. Home Office usually charges £200 for this Same Day premium Service. This charge of £200 is over and above the standard application fee that you pay to the Home Office which is charged for same day service.
Do you charge any extra fees for Fast Track Same Day Applications?
Yes, we charge £250 + VAT for submitting your Fast Track application to the Home Office on your behalf. These fees are over and above our usual professional charges. Please note that this fee is charged over and above our normal fees for which you can find the details at our Fees page.
Is there a guarantee that I will get Visa / Leave To Remain on the same day?
If your case is fairly straight forward, we may be able to get your passport back on the same day, however when there is some complication in the case, or when the Caseworker is not able to make a decision on the spot, Home Office accepts the applications and the decision is conveyed by post.
