Migrant Programme, HSMP Services understands the needs of the other
Highly Skilled Migrants when they start the Application process under Tier 1 or Tier 2 of Points Based System of UK Immigration
and ultimately come to the UK.
Work Permits for the UK are now replaced by Tier 2 under PBS and the UK Employers are required to comply with the Tier 2 Rules and Requirements. If the UK Employers Sponsors fail to comply fully with UK Immigration Rules and conditions of their Sponsor License, they face huge on the spot fines and civil penalties and a chance of losing the license, which could mean a big blow to their successful operation if they already sponsor and employ skilled migrant workers.
